Accelerator 2.0B is all about momentum, driving deposit growth and strengthening relationships that matter. Through this bold campaign, we aim to raise KES 2 billion in LCY deposits over the next three months while enhancing how we engage with our customers.

 

Our goal is twofold: boost the bank’s deposit base and build lasting connections by rewarding loyalty, attracting new clients and delivering value that goes beyond banking.

Objectives

❑  Increase our Bank deposit base in LCY by raising Kes 2 Billion for a period of 3 months.

❑  Enhance customer engagement: Strengthen the bank’s relationship with existing customers and attract new customers to Bank.

Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. The Accelerate 2.0B Campaign will run from 1st September 2025 to 30th November 2025.2.

  3. 2. All qualifying deposits and referrals must be booked and recorded during through the Lead Generation Form.

  4.  

  • 3. The campaign is open to all UBA Kenya staff (sales and non-sales), Direct Sales Executives (DSEs), and customers of UBA Kenya.

  •  

  • 4. Only new Local Currency (LCY) deposits qualify.

  •  

  • 5. Deposits must be incremental balances and not:

    •        – Existing pipeline projects or pre-committed placements prior to 1st September 2025.

    •        – Temporary placements withdrawn before the minimum holding period.

    •        – Foreign currency (FCY) deposits.

    •  

  • 6. To qualify, deposits must remain in UBA Kenya for a minimum of 7 consecutive days.

  •  

  • 7. All leads/referrals must be captured in the official Lead Generation Form.

  •  

  • 8. Rewards will be split 50:50 between referrer and closer once the deposit is successfully booked.

  •  

  • 9. Weekly winners will be announced every Tuesday, monthly winners to be announced on 5th of the following month.

  •  

  • 10. Qualifying DSEs must maintain average deposits of KES 10 Million+ per month.

  •  

  • 11. Customer Rewards: Top 3 customers with incremental savings of a minimum of KES 100,000+ will qualify for award.

  •  

  • 12. Performance will be tracked through weekly leaderboards and monthly reviews.

  •  

  • 13. UBA Kenya reserves the right to verify all deposits and referrals before confirming rewards.

  •
